Mounts were any animal that could be ridden. They were split into two different types.
Land-based Mounts
Land-based mounts were flightless and mostly for public use.

Flying mounts were animals with wings that could be ridden. These included large birds and dragons. Flying mounts were vastly preferred by the military over land-based mounts and more aggressive.
