Witches
Witches were simply known as any female who practiced magic. Their numbers were usually larger than wizards throughout history. There was a bit of confusion amongst historians in Fabella as to who was actually the first witch. Because of time travel, the argument could be made that Stephanie LaFleur was the first witch. Historically speaking though it was generally agreed that witches had their own rise and evolution throughout time without involvement from the future.
