Canines (kae-nien) “Dogs”

Canines in Fabella were any species that had wolf or dog-like characteristics. Many of these animals belonged to mulitple classes of animal because of they were a composite of various species. Canines were mostly moderate to large size mammals with well developed skulls and long legs. Not all of them gave birth to live young as some were part bird, dragon, and reptile, causing them to lay eggs as a result of this unique DNA combination. Animals with the ability to shapeshift into canines like the — chupacabra and boggarts — were not considered part of the canine family.
