Pronunciation: Ahl-ahm-gah-too Description: Turns an object to stone. Doesn't work on living organisms. It will only work on a person if they are dead. This is traditionally the last spell to be performed to check if someone has died. Once someone is turned to stone, they cannot be brought back.

Pronunciation: Ahp-ah-loo Description: Throws a caster's voice when they're in hiding so that anyone looking for them will think they are in another direction far away. To cast, a caster whispers a message into their wand tip fires the spell. Their voice echoes far off in the distance.

Pronunciation: Ahr-koo Description: Spell to temporarily increase the size of an object.

Aslu Adanu

Pronunciation: Ahs-loo Ahd-ah-noo Description: A spell to a barrier through which only people of a certain age may enter. In order to select the correct age, the caster has to repeat "Aslu Adanu" the exact number of times equal to the minimum age they wish to permit. It has an average diameter of twenty feet and appears as a white dome. This is a long-term spell with a time limit of two hours. The spell must be repeated every two hours to keep the barrier up. Example: "Aslu Adanu" repeated 18 times permits anyone 18 and over to enter.

The illuminated organs can be seen through skin and appear as a purple hue. People are urged to cast biru daily and consult their doctor if any abnormalities arise.

Pronunciation: Dah-heeb Sah-ree Description: A jinx to make a person babble incoherently. Thereby making it impossible for them to fire another verbal counter-jinx.

Dakaku

Pronunciation: Dah-kak-oo Description: Hex which squeezes a target, eventually crushing it the longer the spell is in place. This can only be cast for the length of time the caster maintains focus. The second a wizard or witch moves on to cast another spell, the hex is cut off. Can also be used on people to crush their bones, killing them. A favorite spell for necromancers.

Pronunciation: Nah-say-roo Er-eh-boo Description: This spell prohibits entry from outside this magical barrier. It can be used as a shield, but is mostly used to prevent unwanted visitors from entering a home. This is a long term spell and must be cast every two hours or it will fall. Wealthy neighborhoods employ security teams whose job it is to keep the barrier up during the night hours. These security teams fly around on brooms, making their rounds every two hours.
